Cellulite is more or less a disease that impinges on the circulatory system leading to malformation of the connective tissues in our body. There are certain factors that can be held responsible for the formation of cellulite in our body. Some of these are as follows:

Improper Digestion

Many of us do not chew food properly and gulp it in haste. It is a proven approach that proper Chewing of food leads to good digestion. If you swallow food hastily, it doesn’t get mixed with sufficient saliva and as a result it is not completely grinded. This will disturb the progression of enzymes and hormones needed for proper digestion.

Insufficient Water Intake

Water is a very important substance for smooth functioning of human body. Water helps in flushing out the waste matter and toxins from our body. A human body must have an intake of seven - eight glasses of water daily. Many health care doctors and providers concur that there is a correlation between cellulite formation and lymphatic circulation in the body. With the lack of proper exercise, toxins are formed steadily along the lymph drainage that obstructs the emission of toxins from the body. Due to the accumulation of excess fluids and toxins in the body, it leads to bloating and swelling. This action thwarts the excess fat from getting absorbed by the body and results in unwanted cellulites.

Stress and tension

Stress and tension may result in seizing up of muscle in pain. It may also result in the confiscation of tissues that surrounds the muscle. Stress and anxiety leads to the blockage of tissues, precluding the proper elimination and purification of waste in the body.

Estrogen imbalance

Estrogen is a feminine hormone that is responsible for softening the tissues engaged in closing of womb after giving birth. Estrogen imbalance has been directly connected to the cellulites formation in the women’s body. Excess estrogen leads to the deterioration of connective tissues, which results in the unwanted chunks of fat all over the body. Imbalance of estrogen along with poor blood circulation forms a basis for skin cells to develop toxins that ultimately leads to swelling and puffiness.

Medication disrupts the purification system and natural functioning of the body. Sleeping pills, Diet pills and diuretics can all result into cellulite formation. Oral contraceptives amplifies the body's estrogen, cause the enlargement fat cells leading to water retention.
