Exercise 1

Kneel down on the floor. Incline your body frontward such that your elbows can touch the floor. An arch kind of position must be formed. Now set your back straight and raise one of the legs up. It should be in a straight line along with the back. Little by little lift it higher to figure an angle with the ground. This exercise will help in improving the circulation of thigh area. It tones and stiffens the muscle.

Exercise 2

Lie on your stomach on the ground. Bend the elbows, and relax your head on both the arms. Both your hips should touch the floor. Lift your left leg slowly ensuring that your hipbone is touching the floor. Cling to that position, then spot and bend your foot 3-4 times. Now bring your leg down. Then lift your right leg and repeat the same.

Exercise 3

Be seated on a study chair that does not have wheels. Rest your feet on the floor and Curve your knees at 90-degree angles. Position a pillow between both the thighs. When you compress the pillow between your legs, breathe out, as if you are trying to grasp the filling out of the pillow. You must Breathe normally and keep a hold for at least one minute and then release. It will work well for your inner thighs.
